John is a fantastic guy and I want to thank my girlfriend for doing the research and suggesting 3D Design and Build Limited. What a good choice. This was a full renovation job. New walls and ceiling required. Plasterboards, skimming, skirting, painting, building shelves, flooring, the whole lot. And the final product is fantastic. John does not cut corners. Everything is done with care. Nothing is a problem. I was in good hands the whole time. So much so I've asked John for a quote for our living room and hallway. I can't stop looking at our new bedroom, it's beautiful.

Have no hesitation in recommending John and his team. I had seen his work so I knew I was going to get top quality workmanship, and I was not disappointed. 3D Design and Build pricing is very competitive we shopped around first. Take note, they also know where to find a deal for kitchen units and appliances, ask them. John delivered on the estimate and finished 2 days earlier than planned. Best of all, John and the team are very knowledgeable based on experience, this really helped us make the right decisions throughout the project. I also found it reassuring when they walked us through what they are doing in stages so we felt involved involved in the details that matter, right from the initial plans, the building process down to to where the sockets and switches are put and therefore get exactly what you want. Due to the works the house was "opened up" , his attention to security at the end of every day was a great comfort, and compared to previous experiences they were surprisingly tidy both in and outside. Great job John and thanks.
